In addition, your staff will have the ability to login to a website where they can see and reply to any queued mail as well as send new messages.
Mail archiving is available as an additional service and can store all emails sent and received for 10 years. This service can be beneficial for compliance, monitoring by management, and can also decrease the amount of local storage you need because users no longer need to keep all of their emails.
